This page presents the key terms of ALL domain sales provided by and offered through Computertemps.co.nz.
The Client refers to any individual or organisation paying for domains.
Prior to any domain name purchase, the Client agrees as follows:
1 Warranty of Services
There is no warranty or representation of warranty for any sale of domain names and their use. All sales are final and there are neither refunds nor exchanges or corrections accepted upon transfer of ownership. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2 Payment for Services
The Client shall pay upon agreement to terms and conditions of the domain sale/s. Payments can be made via electronic bank transfer or Cheque (we no longer accept credit card payments for domain sales). Failure to make payment (received in our bank account) within 7 days of agreement of terms will CANCEL the sale and void any future transaction. It is essential that the Client promptly pays for the domain/s purchased as we can not begin the registrar transfer process until our bank confirms the transaction. Please ensure you receive a bank transaction receipt.
3 Indemnity
All rights and uses of the domain upon purchase are the responsibility of The Client. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Computertemps.co.nz harmless against any and all actions, claims and demands based on the infringement of any obligations of patent, copyright or other business and intellectual law once the transfer is completed.
4 Limitation of Liability
Computertemps.co.nz shall not be liable or held liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of ownership or transfer of the domain/s, including data loss or business disruption, and the total liability of Computertemps.co.nz shall not exceed the total value of the domain price.
5 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. No variation to this Agreement will be effective unless agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
6 Invalidity
If any parts of a clause or clauses of this Agreement are held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid that part of the clause or clauses may be invalid without affecting the validity of the remaining part of the clause or clauses.
Please note that all domain name sales are bound by this agreement and terms.
If you have questions regarding these terms, please enquire with a consultant PRIOR to initiating domain purchase.
An officer of the purchasing organisation must send email to our legal department stating that they agree with these published terms, prior to any sale or transaction.
For more information please return to our Domain Sales web page.
You will also need to fill out a change of registrant form once payment is completed attached here for your use.
